IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION! I went to Firestone and had my oil changed and there was an issue with oil leaking on the ground/ "my driveway". I took my vehicle to Toyota of Sylacauga to have the vehicle inspected. I was told there was no oil leak (THANKFUL); however, I needed to purchase a water pump for my vehicle. I was thrown for the hugest loop! I had just purchased a water pump December 2024 and here is January 2026 and I need another one. I’m still new to the family but I’m feeling it! Great service department. This was my second visit and both times were good. Just routine maintenance but elevated. Oil change, inspection, rotation and a dagum car wash WHATTT! My concierge kept me updated and I was fairly comfortable there considering that I don’t “people”. Thanks a bunch Sylacauga Toyota service department.
I TOOK MY DADS CAR TO BE SERVICED TODAY AND LET ME SAY THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT!!! THE TECHNICIAN THAT I INTERACTED WITH WAS AMAZING!!!!
