Tried selling tires when not required I've been going to the dealership for almost 2 years for basic maintenance (oil change; filter; tire rotation). Every time I go there is some recommendation for extra repair which I evaluate and occasionally agree to. The last time I went I mentioned the low tire pressure light was on. Improvement I must say Jamie has step to the plate and has being doing a great job with service. He is always willing to help and go the extra mile during a few of my not so good experiences. This morning I found out through Rich that they NO longer provide a loaner, only a discounted rental for $30 per day...very unhappy with this change. Many people depend on a car to get around, plus Toyota already charges an arm and a leg for repairs and now I have to rent a car for an additional $30 per day. Raised the bar I bought my Toyota Tundra from John Linn's team at Stamford, at the beginning of 2017, and I have had the truck in for normal regular service over the year. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. The service team, led by David in the collision/body department, went above and beyond.
