What an enjoyable car shopping experience!! I brought my 78 year old mother with me that has dementia so I was a little worried about keeping her there for very long. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Toyota of Slidell. Lisa and Chris made the car buying experience so smooth for me. I’ve visited a lot of other dealerships before purchasing my Sequoia, and they have the best customer service of all the dealerships I went to. Lisa made it easy to communicate via text and email at any time. David was also great with the Finance piece. I highly recommend Toyota of Slidell!
My experience was wonderful. I have actually NEVER had such a smooth, stress free experience in buying a vehicle before. Justin Bupp was also the most knowledgeable consultant my husband and I have dealt with ever. I don’t recommend this dealership. The sales manager, Jeff, isn’t the friendliest. They fail to recognize that multiple Toyota dealerships are less than 40 miles away with much better pricing. This is the second time I have wanted to buy a vehicle from them and have ended up buying from another dealer down the road because they refuse to negotiate.
I recommend if you are interested in buying a Toyota, go see Adam Meyer at Toyota of Slidell. He is very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get what we asked for. He went above and beyond my expectations to get the car that I wanted.
I have purchased 3 Tundras from here. A 2016,2017 and just yesterday a 2019. My salesman Adam went above and beyond to make sure I drove away with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. If you're looking for another vechile stop and holla @ Adam
