So I took my 2015 Highlander in for regularly scheduled maintenance and am thoroughly satisfied!! It needed tire rotation and of course they checked everything else out too! They told me about 45 minutes, so I brought my book, ready to wait. They were done in 30!!
We bought a 2015 Sienna in 2015 n never had a new vehicle before. It was a great choice. My grand kids loved having a DVDplayer to watch movies on long trips. So did my husband. Good service on schedule maintenance bad wash water spots all over the car over all ok but will bring too attention next time

Just bought a Certified 2016 Highlander. Dealt with Nicole, Theron and Ryan. Great customer service. Based on our buying experience, would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
This dealership is very different from others I've been to and not in a good way. It's rare that someone greets me when I pull up to get my car serviced, I usually have to find them. I've learned that it doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not, you still have to wait and a simple oil change takes at least an hour. They always find something that needs to be changed or bought. It's amazing how often I have replaced my cabin filter considering the use or non use of my car due to work travel.
