That they were very accommodating and easy to work with
I was very displeased with dealings with them. I sold my car to them at the end of september. we gathered belongings out of the car and left. Altho they did not pay for my car what they SAID they were going to, we made the deal anyway. After leaving I realized there was a CD in the car still. I called and told them about it. they told me they got it and I could come get it. I told them I lived an hour and a half away and asked if they could mail it. They said they would. We enjoyed spending time in the comfort and cleanliness of the waiting areas and finding out the "green" aspects of them. The women's restroom gets an A++++.

NO pressure, Paul was laid back, listened to me, and made sure I received what I was wanting in the deal without playing games. Honesty is a big factor.
I came to Rockwall from out of state and needed an oil change. When I arrived and talked to the service advisor, I told him I needed a fast oil change. My Sienna van was ready in 20 minutes! This is the fastest service I have ever had at a dealership and I was treated very courteously. I would highly recommend this Toyota of Rockwall.
I was quoted one price to do oil change and some tuning up. Then when I went to get my car they wouldn't let me get it without paying extra. Not what I was quoted!!! I tried to talk to the manager, but she really didn't care. I won't go back.
