Tim Evans was polite and professional. He explained the service process, provided a cost estimate as well as a time to completion estimate. Tim made me aware of additional suggested service items uncovered without the normal high pressure sales pitch. Thank you. The waiting area was spacious and clean. Tim met our expectations for a satisfied customer event. We were disappointed that no Sequoias were available for preview, and our vehicle had a gasoline odor when it was returned to us.

So I know dealership service departments charge more than a Firestone or Pepboys may charge...but triple?!? Tacoma fan motor issue.This is such a common problem that the dealership has the parts on hand. I've owned a couple of tacomas and at somepoint it's bound to go. First it may only work in high but eventually it goes. I've had this repair done elsewhere at less than $300. When the service department called to update me I was shocked to hear I was looking at$799. The parts were under $170 and the labor should be less tha... read more
