Love having my car serviced here. Always feel welcome by the helpful employees. Waiting area is so comfortable.
This place lacks TRULY EXCEPTIONAL experience, they have no compassion, no integrity, no morals, and no ethical value, they sure as HECK ARE NOT HONEST, but worst of all THEY ARE NOT COSTUMER FOCUSED!! They have proven to be the worse dealer i have dealt with. Its very unfortunate I didn't take my business else where, and was STUCK with my vehicle.
Eddy Nunez (leasing consultant) is a nice guy to talk to. He won't intimidate you or try to hustle you into anything. Ask him questions and he will try his best to help you out. I actually changed my mind a few times about what car to get and he didn't mind at all. Very patient. You can tell he's a nice guy.
Toyota of riverside sucks the talk to much and do very little for there customers ill never go there agian.
