These guys have always treated us good. If they say it’s in stock the part in fact will be and if they don’t they’ll order it. Unlike another large Toyota dealership nearby!, Toyota of Dallas will tell you it’s in stock and when you go to pick it up you’ll get a “we can’t find it, sorry!”🤷♂️🤦♂️
I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but after waiting over two hours, nothing had been done to my car. When I asked about the delay, Brandon, the service advisor, blamed “scheduling issues.” When I tried to understand further, he became defensive and blamed another advisor for the mix-up. It’s frustrating to see such poor communication and lack of accountability. I expected better from Toyota of Richardson. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for future service.
They charge more than Toyota of Dallas for parts and are NOT very friendly.
