I brought my vehicle to Toyota of Richardson because it has a noise coming from the rear when turning and going over bumps. They kept my vehicle for about 24 hours, charged me $235 for a diagnostic inspection, and the noise was still not diagnosed or repaired. According to the service notes, they insulated the rear bumper and adjusted the rear door, but the noise was still there. THIS SERVICE WILL DEFINITELY RUIN YOUR CAR! I trusted Richardson’s Toyota Service and brought my car in for a check-up. It was only supposed to be an oil change, and upon the service manager's request, they also insisted on doing a wheel balancing adjustment.
