I ordered a part and picked it up at this location. I wanted to make sure that it would fit properly but I couldn't get it to snap in. I saw a guy outside in the service area and asked if he could help and he attempted to help but he couldn't get it to snap in either but he went to get another guy to help and he was able to get it snapped into place. BOTTOM LINE UPFRONT: Shop at other Toyota dealerships before this one. Toyota of Richardson is close to 30% higher than other LOCAL Toyota dealerships on parts. They only got a star because ZERO STARS was an option. I’ve owned Toyotas for a loooong time starting with late 90’s land cruisers, still a member of the Toyota Land Cruiser Association. I brought my vehicle to Toyota of Richardson because it has a noise coming from the rear when turning and going over bumps. They kept my vehicle for about 24 hours, charged me $235 for a diagnostic inspection, and the noise was still not diagnosed or repaired. According to the service notes, they insulated the rear bumper and adjusted the rear door, but the noise was still there. THIS SERVICE WILL DEFINITELY RUIN YOUR CAR! I trusted Richardson’s Toyota Service and brought my car in for a check-up. It was only supposed to be an oil change, and upon the service manager's request, they also insisted on doing a wheel balancing adjustment. My car went in perfectly fine, but when it came out, it was in a much worse condition. I'm not saying they "might" damage it – they definitely damaged it!
