Great Service I bought my Toyota Matrix form this dealer and had a great experience. I did not feel like I was stalked when I went on the lot to look. The process was not as painful as I remember when I have purchased other vehicles. The sales staff was friendly and polite. The finance department was willing to work me with me and get me a good price and the payment I wanted.
Pushy dealer I went in looking to buy a new automobile. The salesman was so pushy and unhelpful. He kept trying to push a car on me that was the same model but in a color that I didn't want with far fewer options than I wanted because it was the only one he had in stock and was unwilling to help me to order what I did want.
Dealer of choice I bought my Tundra from this dealership and have to share with you that this is a great dealer to buy your new or used vehicle from. I say this because the internet sales person who sold me my truck was incredible, and went above and beyond any expectations I had. I was not haggled, but I sure haggled them there - but we all got what you could want from a sale and they were fantastic. The selection to choose from is good, and if you want what they don't have - they can get it for you.
eager to please I purchased my new car from Toyota of Redlands. I had used another toyota dealership for my last car, and I was much happier with the service I received at toyota of redlands. the staff was eager to please. I wanted my new car in a certain color. The dealership did not have my car in that color so they went to a neighboring dealership to find it. They did a great job with financing and gave me a 1.9% interest rate.
