I purchased a used vehicle. During the test drive I pointed out the ** was not working. i was advised it would be fixed. The dealership held on to the car for an entire 7 days after the paperwork was singed. I received the vehicle back after being told they have the wrong part and will order a new one. Deceptive business practices. They will lie to you. Telling you your payment is higher when its not on a car that you like. They just want to sell you a different car that hasnt sold yet. This is being addressed and resolved directly by the General Manager.
Dear BBB, On 09/30/2025, I visited Toyota of Dallas, Dallas after negotiating a price via text messages with their sales staff. In writing, I specifically asked: I thought you have 2025 Corolla Cross LE FWD? If you do ***** OTD, I will buy tomorrow from you.
