Parts were in stock and available quickly, which I appreciated. However, every item I purchased was priced significantly above MSRP—some more than double. Wow, defines how dishonest this dealership is. Call for a part number, they indicate there is only one place that has this part out of a Toyota warehouse in Ontario, CA, then add a 15% markup to the MSRP. Go online to another Toyota dealership (actually multiple OEM Toyota dealerships nationwide that were advertising online) that are selling the part for 35% below MSRP (and 43% below what Porland Toyota quote).
