I had to get brand new tires for my 2023 RAV4 with only 19000 miles. Why you may ask? Because Toyota obviously wasn’t rotating my tires during service even when I was paying for it and never once gave my car an alignment even when I asked. I would not recommend this location for services. They are not doing their job.
Always looking for additional repairs to charge you more. And be aware they charge extra if you pay with debit or credit card.
