They knew what I was hoping to get for my car, but insisted I come in for an in-person appraisal without disclosing their max possible number. After looking at the car, they simply said they weren’t interested—without even explaining why or what was wrong. Felt like a total waste of time and very unprofessional.

I took my car to Toyota of North Miami on June 20. I had great service experience. Waiting time was short, and I had my car back at the time that was expected. The dealer associate Miguel Pintado took great care of me and my vehicle needs. Miguel Pintado explained everything during the diagnosis phase. He was very professional.
I brought my Audi A5 into service for new tires. Germany Gordon was attentive and very friendly. He was able to find tires at a great price to have all 4 replaced. The service was quick and efficient. If you visit Toyota of North Miami, ask for Germany Gordon!
