This is the second time I have been to Toyota, and I have to go back for battery issues. It's so frustrating. I waited for hours from 8 to 3:00 . I thought they were supposed to check everything when you go to do your service. They are charging you for stuff that doesn’t make sense while the real issue is right under their nose.

I had a great experience on 7/22/25. I got my oil changed, replaced coolant valve for my 2021 Corolla, and tires rotated. The process went smooth and easy thanks to Sean Bramwell. I was going crazy trying to figure out what the new message on my car was and he knew exactly what the issue was once he saw my dash. Thanks to him my car doesn’t tell me to go to the dealership anymore cause of the coolant valve and it was covered by my extended warranty. Big thank you to Sean!!!

Booking a service appointment is impossible, they don’t pick up the phone, they don’t call back, they don’t email back, their site doesn’t work. They really lower the standards as to what service for toyota should be. Very disappointed
