I went in for parts, and they mark up the prices 1.5x the Toyotas website online price. They do not price match Toyotas website for the exact same part. You can just buy a part online and pick it up at this location and save some $$$. Staff was annoyed being asked why the price is so much higher than Toyotas official website and were not eager to help you after you question them on the topic.
My advisor kept me waiting for six hours. I think his shift ended. He didn't pass my documents to someone else to assist me. He gave me the wrong quote, and in the end, I got an estimate for $288 more than what I had signed for. When I explained this to another advisor, he simply told me he hadn't helped me and couldn't say where the extra cost came from. In the end, he was only able to discount $170.
