They r not kind they just wan u money and bye service is really bad
They wont help you out at all if you purchase something from them and for some reason gets a little damaged or something they will just tell you "you need to purchase a new one" and thats it! Basically they dont care
Purchased a EV charger and ordered the wrong plug adapter. Jay went over a beyond to locate one and even had it shipped from a different dealer to make it right.
I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Jay the manager at the Toyota parts and also his team!!!! It's only Tuesday and I've been having the worst start of the week ever!! I had issues with my tire locks on my vehicle that I just purchased less than 2 months ago....
