I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Jay the manager at the Toyota parts and also his team!!!! It's only Tuesday and I've been having the worst start of the week ever!! I had a good experience communicating, testing driving, and working with salesman Edgar, he was knowledgeable about the grand highlander SUV and not pushy, I highly recommend him.
I’m leaving one star only because it isn't possible to give zero. I ordered a part for my 2025 Grand Highlander that cost me over $809. They never called to let me know it was ready for pickup, and they don't answer the phone. When I went to pick up the part, Robert assisted me but never made eye contact. Absolute worst experience and I knew it would be from the guy denying Toyota even made a actuated fuel door to the dilapidated NTB it’s located in. Once I drove in parts guy wanted to just ring me up and get me out despite me showing him the part was clearly incompatible. I even humored them and drove over to the service center and oh my god, thats like a service advisor sweat shop… it’s dehumanizing honestly. I had a very bad experience with the parts manager Jay Campos. He was not polite and did not treat customers with respect. A manager should know how to communicate professionally and help customers, but my experience was disappointing. I hope the dealership improves customer service in the parts department.
