My advisor kept me waiting for six hours. I think his shift ended. He didn't pass my documents to someone else to assist me. He gave me the wrong quote, and in the end, I got an estimate for $288 more than what I had signed for. When I explained this to another advisor, he simply told me he hadn't helped me and couldn't say where the extra cost came from. In the end, he was only able to discount $170. Pésimos compras un carro en la Toyota y lo llevas a mantenimiento y los de mantenimiento tienen demaciado mala forma muy poco profesional para la cantidad de dinero que uno paga por un vehículo esto no es gratis y los clientes no deben de ser tratado con tan mala forma si le pudiera le diera 0 estrella no compren aquí que después q te venden el carro ellos te tratan como perro
Great prices and great customer service
Thoroughly disappointed with my experience here. This dealer wasted a full day of my time, when I did not have that time to spare. After several attempts, I finally got in touch with someone about a car on their website I was interested in and made an appointment for later that day to see it - the sales person I made the appointment with never showed AND did not make arrangements to make that car available to see (it was at another lot across town).
