I bought a Honda 2016 cr-v less than a month ago when I received my billing they added the contract it was worth 40000 dollars and they made a fake sign on my contract agreement
This dealership is trying to take advantage of middle class hard working families in ******* They priced a 2022 Corolla Hybrid above MSRP and then added on $2000 for "market adjustment" and the justification given was because the vehicle is in short supply. I had a horrible experience with the Charles Maund Toyota service department. It took over a month to replace a catalytic converter because the service tech was not communicating with the insurance company, delaying approval of estimates. Upon receiving my car after the work, there was no oil or radiator fluid in the car, the tires were inflated 10psi over the max **** and a hubcap was broken. The dealership is denying responsibility. Do not go to this dealership.
They took a deposit because I was interested in a car and when I said I no longer wanted it - they refused to give me My money back for 6 days. The ONLY reason they processed it was because I threatened to post on social media. Why do you have to threaten to get companies to do the right thing these days? They are a JOKE!

We did not refuse to refund Ms. ********** deposit. There was a slight delay as the request fell just before the weekend. We processed the deposit and have no control of when the bank posts it into her account. Multiple managers spoke with ********************** and she chose to accuse them of things that weren't true, curse at them, and call them names. All employees were respectful in their interactions with **********************.
Got an offer from Carmax on my trade-in for $29600. Sent them the written offer asking if they would match. They said they would. They said the vehicle I was going to buy wasn't going to arrive for 3 weeks, and that I'd need another valid written offer from Carmax at the time of purchase. I said no problem, and that I was parking the vehicle not to add any more miles to it. This dealership is defrauding customers on a mass scale. They are charging for very important services that render the safety of a vehicle, like brake jobs, fuel injector cleaning, and new tires, and then never completing the job. They sent my car out with my old tires after I paid for new ones. They never rotated my tires, they never put coolant in the car, they never cleaned the fuel injectors, and they never gave me my new brake bags. And they charged me for all of it. On our third from most recent visit, we went in for routine oil change/maintenance. When I left, a few days in we were noticing a slight growl at ignition, and after checking the oil, it was somewhat low and almost black, so it wasn't changed. We went back and this was corrected satisfactorily. The most recent oil change was completed a week or two ago, and we noticed the growl again upon engine ignition and some times while moving from a stop. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they advised me that the vehicle did come equipped with Navigation, so I drove from Dallas to Austin to pickup the vehicle it did show the nav icon and the sales guy told me that I just need to call ****** in the morning once I get back to Dallas that would get the nav icon working once back in Dallas come to find out the vehicle is not equipped with navigation and they advised me that they would correct this issue but just gave me the run around for months now and no resolution... read more
Wow, after reading all these reviews ONE STAR all of them, I don't know how this company is still on this kind of business. I don't know where to start. I am very disappointed with Charles Maund Toyota, and I feel lied and robbed. In 2016 a signed up for a lease (first time in my life) and one of the leasing points was that the contract would be for 3 years and I all was responsible for was to pay the difference if I went above the mileage on the contract.
