Yall were almost about to buy me a new engine. I came in for my complimentary 10k service including oil change and tire rotation. Someone decided that leaving the drain plug hand tight was the factory recommended torque. I torqued it to the real spec and I'm going to recheck the torque on my lugs. You won't be touching my truck again.
I want to take a moment to thank George Ghaly for his help to my son as he purchased his own car for the first time. George was so patient with us and we enjoyed working with him. We definitely recommend him!
My husband and I got exactly what we wanted. We also had the pleasure of working with Jim and Andy (owner) for a second time. He always does us right. They also stayed after hours to ensure our loan and vehicle instruction was complete as we had preplanned dinner plans. Did I mention we also had a sleepy toddler with us the entire time? They were very accommodating. We appreciate their hard work and time in getting the deal done so we could take delivery same day.

I went in there yesterday to look for a new car. I knew what I wanted, the color I wanted and everything. Matt breaux was my salesman and he did an AMAZING job. He got me the car I wanted and he got me to a payment I was comfortable paying. He wasn’t pushy or made me feel like I needed to do something that day. He answered every questions I had and was very patient with me. This was my first Toyota purchase and I will definitely be back. I love my 2019 Rav 4!
