Worst service experience in my 36 years as a driver. What they said would take 2 days ended up taking 7 weeks. They tried to double charge my wife, then claimed it was an "honest mistake" when she caught it. Five minutes away from the place, the engine light came on and there was an obvious problem with the engine. Took it to another place where they confirmed, with one look, that another huge repair was needed. It was under warranty, so I assume Toyota of Lompoc just didn't want to do warranty work.
