I can't recommend this place highly enough. They're replaced my mirror in under 30 minutes and the cost seemed exactly what it should be from what I looked up online. Friendly and fast.
If I could give Toyota of Knoxville Collision Center zero stars, I would. My experience was an absolute disaster, thanks to Collision Center Director Billy Hayes, who is the definition of unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unfit for customer service. Small back story, we purchased a 2024 Rav4 brand new at the this Toyota a month ago. My wife already managed to bump it into a barrier in a parking garage. we figured it would be about $1500-2000 to get this fixed so we didn’t want to file a whole insurance claim just for one door in a self accident (didn’t want our rates going up over something so minor).
