Dropped a bolt in my friends cylinder while working on his truck. They would not admit they were at fault until another dealar proved they were. I would avoid shopping with them, since they are dishonest.
When buying a new car make sure you understand that road hazard for your new tires is not included like when you buy tires from a tire store. You have to pay extra up front to be covered. I had a 2-month old tire that they say had a staple through the sidewall. The Service Dept. ordered and installed a brand new tire without a mention of a charge - then presented a bill for $258+ (full dealer cost). Toyota of Kingsport is the best hands down. First off I went in and a gentleman named Lee Gragg helped me and found me exactly I asked for and he even got me right on the price. Also Lee and his Toyota crew got me the best possible financing and payment and guess what it was lower than I could have ever imagined and it was so quick and easy. We had a wonderful time at the dealership trading our vehicles. David is an excellent salesman that will do everything he can to get you the best deal. We also got a super great rate with them, better than our bank hands down. So if any of you need a vehicle I would strongly suggest you visitToyota of Kingsport.
I was told in the phone not once but 3 times that the sun visor where it falls down was covered in a recall. They order the part and never call me to set up the appt like they said they would. Then I go to have the new one put on and I am told that the recall ended 6 months ago. Really!! So what SHOULD have been covered by Toyota cost me $85 and that was without the service charge(they said they wouldn't charge me for that!) I would never buy another Toyota.
