this was THE WORST experience I have ever had ANYWHERE! I schedule an appointment for a SINGLE tire change waited over 2 hours without an update! I finally track an employee down for an update and he was incredibly rude and was trying to blame the situation on me... then magically my car was ready 20 minutes later.. about the time it takes to fully replace one tire... weird...not to mention when I finally got my car back the gas tank was on EMPTY when I arrived with half a ta… See more

Highly unethical business practices, with zero integrity. Shocked a Toyota dealership general manager would allow such flagrant dishonesty from his staff to go on in this place. I will never buy or sell anything to these people EVER!
