DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO TOUOTA OF JACKSON…One of thee worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership I went to drop my truck off to get my airbag serviced and asked about a loaner/ rental vehicle to drive until I got mine back they told me they don’t have any and that they can’t help me. I asked to speak with the service manager George spoke with him briefly and was extremely shocked by the unprofessionalism he actually walked away mid conversation.
