Worst experience I have ever had OWNING this truck. It has been in the shop since July 9th. Everything was diagnosed apparently claiming they know exactly, what was wrong with it after the 3rd time taking it. The part the vehicle needed was not ordered until September 16th. Now the part is there and I am being told the vehicle wont be worked on until Wednesday. I don't Understand why. It is not my problem their tech isn't there. I am very disappointed about this whole. NEVER AGAIN.

Checked ahead they weren’t too busy today so I went for a service. When arrived, properly greeted and truck taken to back. Doug assured me that I’d probably be in and out within hr. Mind you they looked to be moving good & I thought my truck was about to be finished next. It was dropped off 12:50 ish pm. Courtney came and got me (which I thought my truck was finished) at 1:50 ish pm. Toyota of Jackson is the definition of 5 star service. Corwin Lawson made my sales experience seamless and even delivered it to Metairie, Louisiana.. I can’t think you guys enough for excellent service.
The salesman I worked with, Reed, was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I had no issues with him whatsoever. The finance guy, Jason, was apparently your typical sleazy dealership worker, as he slipped a 4k warranty into my paperwork that was added to my loan without my knowledge. He very briefly explained how long the warranty lasts (as if it was included for free/already active), but the price, details of warranty, and copy of the policy number/policy details were never spoken/given to me.
