The service the first time was great. I went in for a oil change on a Saturday and it was horrible. The gentleman that changed my oil had Oil/Grease on his clothes and it transferred to my leather seats. The service lady in the office was very rude, NO PROFESSIONALISM and act as if it wasn't there. I have made several attempts to contact someone, but everyone that answers phone put me on hold. Answer phone Toyota!!! Poor customer service!!
I had a bit of a wait, but did not have an appointment so I expected that. Staff was friendly, informative and professional!
