I came in Monday afternoon after finding a great deal online, needing a car urgently after totaling mine. Mark aka Texas helped me right away, showed me the car, and after a test drive, I loved it!! Took my RAV4 hybrid in for routine service. When I picked it up, the USB port (that I use every day) was no longer working. Brought the vehicle back 3 days later and I was told that they didn't touch the electrical system, so the USB wasn't from anything they did. When I informed them that the clock was wrong when I picked up the car, so the battery must have been disconnected, he again said it was nothing they did. Very disappointing experience at this Toyota dealership. I was told the maintenance and car wash would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After waiting 3 hours, I went to check, and they told me the car was “almost done” and just waiting for the car wash. Now it has been almost 4 hours, and my car is still not ready. The biggest issue is not just the long wait, but the lack of honest communication.
