I was aggressively upsold when I made it clear I wanted just an oil change. The advisor texted me that the tech had also recommended the additional ($1000) worth of work. Funnily they only added cabin and engine air filter to their paperwork. Are these “advisors” on commission. The oil change took 3 hours ( with an appointment)
My appointment was at 0830 for an oil change, it's past 2:15 and I'm still waiting for my car. Do not recommend!!!!! This has happened to me more often than I wish.

I didn't plan on buying here, and I'm glad I did! I started at Toyota North Hollywood, but the salesperson there was giving me a hard time. Rather than waste more time, I looked around and found a great deal on a Camry at Toyota Huntington Beach. Brandon walked me through the whole process. He showed me a few vehicles, explained the differences between the models, rode with me in an SE trim, and let me test drive the XLE I wanted. We closed the deal within a few hours, overall great experience!
