Great experience. Great customer service. Very attentive with providing updates on the car. If in need for someone ask for Emanuel, won’t let you down.
Ellis was great. He was attentive to all my questions and even kind with a friendly casual chat about the new location on Sunset blvd. He taught me a lot about my recommended service options but also about Toyota of Hollywood history. Not to mention, he kept me informed when my car was ready earlier than promised. 5 stars!
