I wanted to upgrade my 2014 Toyota, and came already approved for the car of my choice, while the young sales people are most likely wonderful, I am a cut to the chase kinda girl and I wanted experience so I waited for Lou Lou to get in, he assisted me, without trying to sell me, and I got a great new car, then he handed me off to Maria who was professional and friendly.
