Guy working the parts country was argumentative and unhelpful. Purchased some brake pads and was charged $104. Found them later on several reputable online Toyota dealerships sites and also at the local Toyota dealership on Plainfield for half the price. Stay away for parts unless you want to pay a 100% markup. Lesson learned.
I come here consistently for the locked in price of $9.95 oil changes we got when we purchased our car. that's the only reason I come here, the wait time is absolutely unbelievable Everytime I come just for an oil change. expect to wait minimum 1 hour
96$ for Venza 2014 oil change only lol lol never come back again :)))) Bought that SUV from here; it runs only 18 mpg too less comparing to our Sienna more than 25 mpg, so we asked for a quick check up see if something can happen to it; the guy just say no and tell us it normal like he does not care; bad service ever.
Slow shipping. Shorted the order. Doesn’t respond to email to correct. Shop elsewhere.
Went in person to get some parts, was told they didn't have any, but could be ordered and in by the following day so we did that. A whole week goes by and they still don't have them. Better off ordering from somewhere else online, get your parts faster and for less.
