I wasted my time and money taking trains and Ubers to return a faulty water pump just to be sent away without being helped. The people there were very rude and unwelcoming :( They didn't even want to look at the statement from my mechanic while the car was in the shop from overheating and the invoice I had from the other Toyota dealer that was ready to exchange the part for me but was not available that day which is why I traveled to Glendora Toyota after calling for part availability.
I literally spoke with 5 different people just to get my VIN checked for warranty service. And then when I finally spoke with someone he was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful! And all I was asking for was a vin check lmao! Claremont Toyota is literally the worst Toyota dealership ever but they may be even worse! At least at Claremont Toyota they’re somewhat respectful while they’re trying to rip you off for services you don’t need.
