I had some positive back-and-forth emails with the sales representative, and followed up with an appointment to see the car I was interested in. I was impressed with how easy she made the process for me. Folks were attentive and not pushy, and I appreciate that. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience.
Aaron was helpful, patient and extremely polite. My husband and I got to relate to Aaron on a personal level and he had us in and out of the dealership fast and satisfied!

I worked with Sandra and sent her an email outlining what I was hunting for and the price range. Sandra was on it immediately and found what I requested at the price I was willing to pay. It did take some time to get the car prepared since it had just arrived. I found Sandra to be knowledgeable and very helpful with getting my car set-up with the electronics. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was also very pro-active in providing post purchase support in terms of helping me resolve minor issues. I would recommend him to family and friends.
There was no pressure tactics in the buying process - just entirely focused on what my interests were... Put forth significant effort in locating the car of my choice several hundred miles away when there was an initial low inventory. Highly recommend contacting Aaron for your next purchase - just one more reason to buy a Toyota.
Aaron was great to work with. I fully expected the hard sell but it just wasn't there. Aaron was patient and let us drive several different cars until we made up our minds.
