The repair shop is good, they have been honest and up front with cost estimates, repairs, etc. However, the Sales staff is a less than ideal. Instead of a friendly conversation that builds rapport, every time i've received a shallow attempt at a hard-sell. After explaining that i am either getting my car repaired, or simply looking at cars while waiting on a friend; I get the following...What are you looking for?..
