Had a terrible experience with Johnathan and David Walton. After numerous emails regarding a vehicle I was interested in and a price point that would work for me, Johnathan sent me a cryptic email about not wanting to make a deal. The delarship has a good selection of cars. But the best part is the staff. I can't say enough about Lynn. If you are in the market for a car go to Mazda of Gladstone and ask for Lynn she will take care of you and make you feel like family.
Went in when the yellow check tire light came on. They kept me waiting for over an hour (to check a tire!) then told me everything looked OK & that the light would soon go out. (It never did). Left town for the summer and, when I got back, took my Highlander in to Sears for servicing (they're better, faster & cheaper than Toyota for servicing). They checked my tire & found a NAIL!
