Will never go back to this dealer, I have bought two cars there both good experiences. Got a call from toyota that they could refinance my 2012 prius c at a better rate, bait and switch. No attempt to refinance my car only trying to sell me a new one. Two years ago I paid over 25k for my prius they offered 12k tradein. I was insulted.
