This dealership is NOT honest. Not even close. I bought a new car. I submitted cancelation for my extended warranty on the old car September 22nd. Nothing came of it so I called, and emailed, nothing. As in no response. I finally got in touch with Charbel, the person responsible for handling this matter and he gave me a run around about the new car dealership cashed out my policy. Say What? Maya and Deborah were AMAZING! After being jerked around by three other Toyota dealerships in the mid valley, we reached out to Toyota of Corvallis. What a difference! We were so happy with the customer service and our beautiful new 2021 4Runner Limited. The sales price was also WAY less than the prices offered by the other dealerships. Don’t waste your time. This is the only place I will purchase a vehicle from. Highly recommended. A super platinum facility with knowledgeable and genuine staff. The sales manager (Dustin) is top tier and trust-able!
Anyone in Corvallis and vicinity who are the market for a New or Used Toyota, Subaru, or Scion, go to Toyota of Corvallis and ask for Maya Leeds. I bought a '15 Prius from her this week and she was really great through the whole process. She really went the extra mile throughout the whole thing, and I heartily recommend her, and Toyota of Corvallis.
We were looking around the Salem/Portland area for a 2020 RAV4 Limited Hybrid (with the Tech & Weather Package).
