Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Off the bat the salesman weren’t taking me or my husband seriously. They were not friendly when we walked in and they didn’t try to sell the car. They just gave us the Carfax report and barely talked or interacted with us. They also only offered me $2,500 for my 2015 Kia Sorento when I paid $13,000 for it a year ago. It runs great and i’ve never had any issues with it. I was driving my 2024 Highlander alone from CO to TX in Nov 2025. My car had been in for recent service at another dealer in CO. My only complaint was a message "Experience Drive Connect" from Toyota that came across my screen every 10 minutes. I considered it a bit of a safety issue as I was constantly needing to remove it.
