made a appointment on the phone. The agent said the upgrade was a free upgrade for my radio to carplay.But when i went to my appointment they said they will charge me 200 dollars for the upgrade. really toyota you going to charge your customers for a price of a new radio unit. This is a scam in itself do better than trying to take advantage of people who dont know better
Leaving 4 stars because while the customer service was great and they were able to get me in without an appointment, there was some inconsistency. On my last visit, I was told my cabin air filter needed to be replaced, I completely forgot to change this on my own time so it’s still in my truck. Brought it in for an oil change 5k miles later and they told me my air filter is good to go. So…. How does an air filter get better if not bad sales practices
Wouldn't recommend. We felt rushed, we were trying to figure out numbers that were way off of what we had been quoted and felt like we were being distracted instead of being able to look at everything in detail. The alarm system they sold us they kept pushing and turns out it was really bogus. The company can sell your info even if you uninstall it and you can buy the alarm system yourself for a 10th of the price they sold it to us for. Love the vehicle, not the price, alarm or experience. Great service. Eddie was very knowledgeable of the car and features. Kept giving me updates as to when to expect the car that we ordered. The car came in within the timing that was provided.
