I highly recommend getting a car from Toyota of Clovis. They were very helpful and got me in and out fast. It didn't take alllll day to get the car I wanted. All the sales people are very intelligent and very friendly and great smiles.
My first contact was Jackie, she was patient and did her best to answer all our questions. We scheduled a second appointment with Jackie for a second look and another test drive. I decided to purchase and everything went smoothly. However, they said it would be detailed for delivery. By the time we returned an hour later with the check. The car already had a bow on it. It might have possibly been washed. But it was definitely not detailed as promised at the time of sale.
Great customer service
I brought my leased 2024 Toyota bZ4X here for an ongoing intermittent CarPlay/multimedia issue. I chose Toyota of Clovis because it is five minutes from my workplace and expected that, as an authorized Toyota dealership, they would be willing to properly investigate the issue. Instead, Service Director Jason McCormick called me and told me that had he known another Toyota dealership had previously worked on the issue, he would have turned me away and would not have even allowed a technician to touch my vehicle. Roger was incredible to work with as well as David. I made multiple visits before settling on a truck. I felt like I would be labeled as a “tire kicker” but they still worked with me.
