Had my first experience with this dealership on Monday, 25 November. Very plush and up-to-date facility. Customer service personnel were friendly and efficient. At the end of the service they did recommend additional services to the tune of $400 on a 2014 vehicle with 55,000 miles. I declined with no problem. It was at the cashier I discovered the oil change was TWICE what I usually pay. Without asking they used synthetic oil rather than conventional.
