Absolutely horrendous customer service and managerial representation. I inquired about a Tacoma on October 29th and was contacted my one of the sales representatives, “Matt.” We spoke preliminary figures and we met close enough for my to make the 60 mile, 1 hr 22 minute drive, to test drive and eventually work a deal.
