I purchased my Toyota Camry new from the and consistent poor customer service. The latest episode had them doing an oil change that was not needed or requested for my Hybrid and then being lied to that the service manager had left for the day. So, I drove back and busted the jerk.
The worst customer service ever. Rude and racist. Seems like they don't care about customers anymore. It should be a negative star.
Good place and good dealer. Wallace and Ed Hayes are very helpful. I recommend them to everyone.
