I love the people who work at Toyota in Bowling Green, they are efficient, professional and extremely helpful in the service department....I mean it they are the best service department I've ever been to. However, I gave them only 4 stars for 2 reasons..... 1. They need to put chairs in their waiting area for people with joint problems, not low sofas and chairs that when you sit in them you fall down to the floor and have a difficult time getting out of them, I'm old with a whole lot of joint problems, and people in BG th... read more
