Sale went great, it's after the sale that went poor. I referred 2 customers and took part in their referral program. They sent a check with my name misspelled and a completely wrong address. Once I notified Andrew about this no response until I would call into the dealership for an update. Currently, I've been requested to mail the invalid check back in and wait another 2 months. It's been since February. Poor administration and customer service, I will not recommend them because all they care about is the sale and that's it... read more
What a great experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership! I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla here from the state of Pennsylvania. Asad and David (awesome job with the paperwork!!) did a great job helping me and my dad through the process. They care about their customers and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. I walked into Toyota of Boerne with the hopes of replacing my car which was totaled. I met Asad H****** at the entrance, he showed me a wide range of trims and colors of the car I was interested in. With his help I was able to get the car I wanted, the way I wanted it, and at a good deal. He remained professional, respectful, and patient throughout the entire process. I was really impressed.
