I took my 2018 RAV4 in for a repair that I was worried about and maintenance. My service advisor James W. was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He kept me in the loop and put my mind totally at ease (and even got me a loaner)! Great customer service with the staff, too! I highly recommend James and Toyota of Boerne!

Great service & Rebecca ****was very helpful. I spent a good while there since I wasn't quite sure what I wanted; they offered me alternate options & were patient throughout the whole process.
