I just visited this dealership with my daughter who just received her drivers permit. I have bought multiple products from Toyota including a 2020 Tundra and 2020 Lexus GX 470. I went to Toyota of Boerne for 1st service for my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled at 9:40AM. I went there around 9:35AM. I was welcomed by a service professional. She asked me the reason for coming. I told for my 1st service for my vehicle. She quickly checked the appointment and informed me well take care of it. Also, informed me that it may take 1 and 1/2 hours and asked me to wait inside the building. The work was done within an hour. I am very happy with their professional and timely service.
