Obviously car sales are declining due to various reasons and the dealership must seek revenue elsewhere. That said the push for extra services that my car needs was a tad unnerving. Wasnt prepared for the $1,000 worth of suggested maintenance when I simply came in for an oil change. Will still be a loyal Toyota of Boerne customer.

The people were nice enough.They charged me $150 an hour for 3 hours to diagnose why my car wouldnt change gears .They found out it was low on SMT fluid and charged me another 200 to fill the reservoir.Total $700 because it was low on fluid .A little pricey for me.

First time visiting this dealer for service, and WOW they did NOT disappoint! A big thank you to ******************* and ******. Went in for a routine oil change, found out I had a recall for my vehicle as well. They offered me a loaner due to the factory recall and it was AMAZING! Huge kudos to Hunter in the Rent-A-*************** always prompt and courteous every time I had to visit the dealer to renew my contract with the loaner (took 3 months to fix my vehicle due to a shortage of parts).
