Very poor customer service after purchase of vehicle. No one ever available to speak with. I regret purchasing a vehicle here.

The salesman was great and understanding in trying to take care of me, the sales manager on the other hand was horrible! I never spoke to him in person but his responses I heard over the phone answering my salesman's questions I had were so unprofessional and lacked any humility, dignity or respect. I honestly do not know how he was hired for that position or let alone works in a customer related services industry with the demeanor and language he used. Took care of us quick. Friendly service and throughly showed and answered what questions I had. Came in with a pre finance in plan and ended up getting a better deal with Toyota finance plan. They really looked out for us here.
