He wasn't aggressive, but patiently heard us as to what we were looking for that would be comfortable for us to get in/out of the vehicle. He was awesome and we love our suv. I had a horrible experience here. I went in to buy a car and they had already picked out a car for me and had it ready based on my credit score. When I wanted to see other vehicles I was told they had already scanned the car to my name. After waiting there all day I was signing the paperwork. The paperwork had a wrong amount and they were charging me more than I agreed on. They fixed the amount and I signed.
