Polo ****** carefully listened and addressed all of my concerns. He did not try to sell me something I did not want. Plus, he made sure that the paperwork as well as the vehicles I wanted to test drive were ready. He made the entire experience fast and easy. False advertising the price. Generally pretty friendly but except to fight for a decent deal.
