I bought a new car and the Air Conditioner didn’t work as I was driving it out of the dealer. Brought the car back to the dealer and I was told that a part needed to be replaced. Had to leave the car for a repair and I was given a rental car. It’s been 5 days since, but I never received a call with any updates. I called the dealer several times but they have no answer to when the repair will be done. I have two small children and they both play sports. The rental car is too small and it’s very inconvenient. Update: I was told I would receive a check for my trade in amount of $3k within a couple of days. It has been over a week now and I need my money. The reason I purchased was due to the trade in deal. I asked for an eta and there is none. I was happy but now I feel manipulated. I signed for that money that they never gave! Fraud!
