My 1st and last Toyota. I was not told my new 2023 rav 4 limited with Drive connect navigation system was a 1 year trial. I will never buy another Toyoto simply on principle. I have always had great navigation with stand alone systems you set on the dash. I will not pay 2500 over the life of the car for what should be a 200.00 navigation system expense. Especially on a high trim level.

I NEVER write bad reviews but i had to go out of my way for this one: I’ve had my brand new 2020 XLE RAV4 for less than 2 years and less than 31k miles. I’M IN WARRANTY. I’ve never been in an accident and all of the sudden the back hinges peel over while driving in town. The 3rd party collision guys have never seen anything like this! Toyota USA is blaming COVID for why they can’t look at it and this dealership sees a scratch from 9 months ago and blames it just to wash their hands of it.
