Grade "A" service here. We have been requesting parts for a piece of equipment extensively through a number of dealers. We have been unable to be served by any local dealers in our state - and have received consistent, poor, parts service. I reached out to TMHS in Augusta - and was greeted promptly & professionally. Parts needs were taken care of by Brandon right away - and we are very happy with the service we received. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area for their needs!
I called Toyota Forklift of Augusta and got transferred to Stephanie. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s rare to get somebody that has so much patience and knowledge to walk you through the process. Will definitely request her next time I call!
