Terrible service. No call back several attempts for simple question. I was given a manager's name who left 8 months ago. I asked for windshield wiper blades to be changed and technician wrote that I said windshield damaged. Blades not replaced during oil change. Very disappointing.
I needed a part for my Toyota and could not get it at any local auto parts stores or junkyards. Toyota Marin not only had part but also after putting in VIN number noticed I part I ordered didn't match. I was sent an email with correct part number and following email with tracking so I knew when part would arrive.
Ameen Samour was hands down the best! From start to finish he was professional, and thorough. We love our new car and all of it is due to Ameen's hard work and determination to get me everything I needed/wanted. Thank you!

We have bought two cars from Toyota Marin along with warranty plans. Unfortunately both cars were totaled when they were less than two years old and we needed help from Toyota Marin to cancel the protection plans and get a pro rata refund. Two years ago I couldn't get the finance department to return calls or help me until I posted something on the internet. Nothing has changed!!! Recently I changed my 2015 lease for a 2017 lease and I was told that since I was moving from one lease to another they would cover my excess miles. After about a month with my new car I got a bill from Toyota regarding the excess miles. I reached out to Toyota Marin regarding this issue and they said that they wouldn't honor their word about the miles. Although I love Toyota the make and I believe they are one of the best cars on the road, I also believe that you might better off going to another dealership.
