A downright terrible outfit top to bottom
No one is on the same page every time call. What makes it worse is even if you are in great financial standing and even are months ahead of your payments, with good history and credit, they won't allow military members to export vehicles. Crazy!
I went through a chapter 13 bankruptcy with a 100% pay back which means I pay everything I owe them for which they agreed with my attorney. I have completed my bankruptcy and was discharged in March 2020. They never contacted me saying I still owe them $ 1,367.87 ( which I do not owe them anything because of the bankruptcy) they sent me to collections amd no I can't even get a hold of anyone from the finance department to fix this problem. Terrible company and terrible customer service I would not recommend them to my enemy!
