l made a deal with the sales person and the finance person gave me different numbers he add me 1000 dollars more it was a terrible experience I hope you fix this problem and put me in the original deal I should finance 20,000 and he did 21,000 just because he decided

Muy mal organizados deje mi carro a las 12:00pm para cambio de aceite llegue mucho antes que otras personas y me dejaron hasta el último. la única razón por la que decidieron hacer mi carro es porque me miraron parado en la puerta de “ servicio” y como que se pusieron las pilas pero después no encontraban las llaves....🤦🏻♂️ Bueno ya son ahorita las 3:15 y apenas lo metieron al servicio. 👎👎 Toyota dealer de national city nos vemos pronto!
