I walked in for a minor recall ( Master Power Window Switch) and they discovered that the dashboard is on recall too, I had them replaced both on same day. I am so happy with the outcome👍
Good customers service .Free Starbucks coffee and water , comfortable couches for sitting while waiting for my car being serviced for some maintenance.
I would like to say Thank You to my service adviser and to commend, Jose Gomez for an Oustanding job, who has a very friendly and pleaseant personality. He was very proactive on keeping me up with the status and following up of the recall service done. Customer Service is number one , that is why they are the "go to guys", Toyota of Chula Vista.
